This is a unique video course on Rock Blues.
The tuition objectives of the course are as follows:-

1. To develop your high register playing technique - it is crucial to be able to play competently in the extreme high register.

2. To show you how you can deal with Rock improvising situations using a Blues Lead Guitar approach.

3. To show you how to adapt Blues Riffs for Rock situations and how to use the natural minor scale for Rock/Blues improvisation.

4. To improve your string bending to a professional level -  you will also learn a well known solo that is based mainly on high standard string-bending.

5. To show you how a traditional Blues solo can be converted to the high or low register.

Section 1
of the video covers traditional blues solos in the high register (key of E).
These solos are are designed to tax your skill because they involve precise string bending and fast pull-off type runs,  your timing will improve because precision timing is required to stop/start each phrase.

Section 2
covers a very well known Blues solo and I will show you first the solo and later how to deal with the progress
Apart from the various scale patterns I will show you 30 standard riffs, many of these riffs are those elusive ideas you see the fast players using in the high register - yes those same ideas that took me years to nail down are yours for the price of this video package.

Often when I was a beginner I would watch top players burst into high register Rock/Blues type riffs and wonder what they where doing, well you don't have to go through that phase because I have shown just about all of them on this video.

After going through the solos in detail and showing each of the riffs in close up I then show you how to use everything you have learned with a commentated jam session -  I play over the backing track and while I am improvising (with the backing track at low volume so you can hear the riffs clearly) I tell you which riff I am using at that particular time so you can obtain the maximum possible tuition from the video.
